Return and Replacement

We have a 3-day Return/Replacement policy, which means you have 3-days after receiving your item to request a Return/Replacement. Due to the nature of our products ALL sales are FINAL. which means NO REFUNDS

To be eligible for a Return/Replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unlit or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a Return/Replacement, you can contact us at beologyhaus@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Return/Replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. You will need to provide a photographic proof of damage within 3 days of delivery to you.
